The Council of Canadians (COC) was looking to refresh their annual members update Canadian Perspectives, to complement their new branding and gain buy-in from their board. With collaboration from the COC team, I led design of the new look and feel of the annual update as part of my time at Field Trip and Co. Our goal was to have Canadian Perspectives appeal to a younger audience, while not alienating their loyal long-time members. Through the use of colour, type, and original photo-collage illustrations, Canadian Perspectives was able to gain new traction with their membership base and excite a new generation of grassroots organizers. We then worked on the 2022 edition together, using the newly established design approach.

The 2021 edition of Canadian Perspectives won an RGD SoGood award for Civil & Human Rights.
